Children’s Sunday School
We are glad to announce that now have 2 children’s Sunday school classes: one for older kids and one for the younger. Besides fun activities , they will be taught the story of God’s redemption of his people in Christ through learning scripture. The classes are for elementary school-aged children (ages 4-10…11-year-olds and above will fit in just fine in the adult class). See the nursery page about children 3 and younger.
Adult Sunday School
The adult Sunday school class is taught by Pastor Mark. He is currently teaching on the basics of Reformed theology, including such topics as the sovereignty of God, the order of salvation, the history of salvation, substitutionary atonement, predestination, free will, pneumatology (on the Spirit), Christology (on Christ’s 2 natures in 1 person), theology (on God), ecclesiology (on the church), and eschatology (on end/last times). The first Sunday of each month is an open question and answer time. The schedule for the class is refreshments and coffee from 9:15-9:30 and teaching from 9:30-10:15. Worship is at 10:30.
We may also very soon add a Women’s Sunday school class as well.
